ISSA is proud to announce the addition of two key members to our Young Professionals committee. As part of our effort in creating opportunity and education to the search and staffing community, the young professionals committee is charged with offering programs and networking events to the younger generation while at the same time, giving our members exposure to all the industry has to offer.
The Young Professionals committee will be co-chaired by Michelle White and Bridgette Barry. Michelle is currently holding the position of Human Resources Manager at CyberSearch, an IT Staffing firm headquartered in Palatine, Illinois. Bridgette Barry is currently an Inbound Marketing Manager with echogravity, an inbound marketing agency for the search and staffing industry, based out of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Both individuals come with experience in the industry and are excited to be a part of this growing organization.
“It’s an honor to a be part of ISSA and the long standing tradition that this organization brings to the search and staffing community. ISSA has been around a long time and there are plenty of veterans that have contributed so much over the years.” Michelle White continues to state that “I’m excited to be in a position where I can make an impact and a difference to the younger generation of search and staffing professionals.”
Bridgette Barry mentions that “I’ve been seeking for an opportunity like this for some time and was excited when I was asked to be a part of this team. This as a great time in our industry to bring the younger generation into the fold of an existing group of search and staffing experts. We’re going to have a lot of fun pulling this together and it will be exciting to see more involvement from the next generation of leaders.”
Diana Smith, President of ISSA, stated that “We can’t be more thrilled about the addition of Michelle and Bridgette to our team. These are two very motivated people that want to give back to our growing and dynamic industry. We’re looking forward to the programming, education and networking opportunities that these guys will provide to our younger generation.”
