With over 16 years of experience, Kleopatra combines a passion for sales, recruiting and leadership into her robust staffing experience. She has driven hundreds of millions of revenue in her decades of experience by valuing her client’s intrinsic needs today with their vision for future growth. Her consultative and thoughtful approach to sales is evident in her relationship driven strategy in client development as well in as her ability to uncover additional income streams and high margin revenue opportunities. Her impact through the years as both Staffing Manager through to President of KZP Human Capital Management, has proven to be compelling to both the bottom line as well as to the team around her. As a naturally empowering leader, and in her desire to further build careers, Kleopatra is also the Client Engagement Director for On the Mark Consulting, helping to bring a new level of training to the next generation of leaders. She has lent her professional expertise as a volunteer to the unemployed and underemployed for decades through organizations such as ITT Tech, and LHH and continues these efforts in her spare time. From 2009 to 2012 she served by appointment as National Representative to the ServiceMaster Diversity & Inclusion Council and this continues to be a core passion of hers today. Kleopatra is also a member of the American Staffing Association’s Professional Managerial Committee. She is the proud mother of daughter, Adeline, 23 and son, Zachary, 11. When she isn’t designing workforce solutions, she is perfecting the role of Soccer Mom and losing to another game of Horse in the driveway.
