The Illinois Search and Staffing Association is proud to welcome our newest Board Member, Nicole (Shenberger) Bridges. She has been volunteering on the ISSA Board since the summer of 2024 and we’re lucky to have her on the team! More about Nicole and her role at Johnson Service Group:
“I am currently Johnson Service Group’s Talent Acquisition Manager / Business Operations Specialist, I currently manage the Talent Acquisition team and all internal hiring for North America for JSG. I am also responsible for onboarding new technology, training, reporting, and overall, the functional lead for all Technology and tools at JSG. I have been with JSG/in Staffing for almost 10 years (it will be10 in August!). I started out as an Entry Level Technical Recruiter, where I moved into a Leadership role for my Recruiting team, then I transitioned into the back office – where I jumped into internal recruiting and operations! I really love staffing; it’s something I am very passionate in and continues to grow as the years go on and the industry changes! I also really enjoy leadership, it’s very fulfilling to guide and develop individuals in what they are passionate about! I got involved in ISSA because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and network with industry professionals who share a similar passion as I do!
Outside of work, I just got married in September! My life revolves around my 2.5-year-old Golden Retriever, Callie and I enjoy hanging out with friends and working out!”
